1. Select the Business tab on the homepage.
2. Type the product or service in the in the PRODUCT/SERVICE box.
3. Type the location in the LOCATION box.
   Enter the location as a city, state, or zip code.
4. Click FIND IT. The results display.

1. Select the Reverse Lookup tab on the homepage.

Search for a business/person using an address

To find a business or person using an address:

1. Select the Reverse Lookup tab on the homepage.
2. Click the Reverse Address Search link. You are redirected to whitepages.com.
3. Click the Reverse Lookup tab on whitepages.com.
4. Type the address in the Street Address box. This box is required.
5. Type the city or zip code in the City or Zip/Postal box. This box is required.
6. Type state or providence information in the State/Prov box. This box is optional.
7. Check the Include surrounding area checkbox if you would like to search the larger surrounding area.
8. Click Search. Results display for the provided information. Close the whitepages.com site to return to yellowbook.com.

Search for a product/service within a specified distance

To find businesses related to a specific product or service within a specified distance from a given location:

1. Select the By Distance tab on the homepage.
2. Type the product or service in the in the PRODUCT/SERVICE box.

4. Type the city, state, or zip code in the LOCATION box.

To browse Yellowbook's general categories to find a specific search focus, such as employment, legal, entertainment, and clothing, for businesses in a specified area:

1. Click Browse Categories located in the Tools & Information section in the lower portion of the site. The Browse Categories page displays with search categories grouped together by main category.
2. Click a link to perform a search on the link description. The Select State page displays.
3. Click the state that you want to search. The Select City page displays.
4. Click the city that you want to search. The search results page displays for the selected search.
5. Click the yellowbook.com logo to return to the homepage.

To add the yellowbook.com toolbar to your browser for quick access and ease for performing yellowbook.com searches from your browser:

1. Click Download Toolbar located in the Tools & Information section in the lower portion of the site. The toolbar download page displays.
2. Read the information on how to use to the toolbar and the disclaimer.
3. Select the I have read and accept the toolbar disclaimer checkbox at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Accept and Install Now button to continue with the installation process. To cancel and close the page, click the Cancel button.

3. Enter the search information in the boxes as you would a search on the yellowbook.com website.
4. Click Find It! The yellowbook.com results page for the specified search displays in the window.

To view more information about a business, such as business hours, ads, coupons, videos, menus, directions, you can view the business details page from the search results page. To view the business details:

1. Click the name of the business from the listing on the search results page. The search results page is the page that lists the businesses most-closely related to the search that was performed.
2. Click Back to Results to return to the previous search results page.

To view a business's ad containing additional helpful business information:

1. Click the VIEW AD button from the search results page, business details page, or details pop-up window for that business.
2. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close the pop-up window or click Back to Results to return to the results page.

To print a business's coupon for potential savings and promotions:

1. Click the VIEW AD button or click the business name. The business details page displays for the selected business.
2. Click the COUPON button from the business details page or details pop-up window.
3. Click the PRINT button to send the coupon to the printer associated with this computer.
4. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close the pop-up window.

Watch video

To view a business's video ad to see and hear more detailed information about that business:

1. Click the video thumbnail* from the search results page, business details page, or details pop-up window for that business. The video displays and starts playing.
2. Use the buttons along the bottom of the video to rewind, fast forward, pause, and adjust the volume.
3. Click the VIEW AD or COUPON buttons in the details pop-up window if you would like to see additional information for the business.
4. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close the pop-up window and return to yellowbook.com.

*The video thumbnail displays only for those business with video ads.

To view a business's menu:

1. Click the VIEW AD button or click the business name. The business details page displays for the selected business.
2. Click the VIEW MENU button* from the business details page or details pop-up window for that business. The menu displays.
3. Click the VIEW AD or COUPON buttons in the details pop-up window if you would like to see additional information for the business.
4. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close the pop-up window and return to yellowbook.com.

*The VIEW MENU button displays only for those business with menus.

Get directions to business address

To get directions to a business address from a specific location:

1. Click the Directions link from the search results page or business details page for that business. The directions page displays and the business address is automatically populated in the ARRIVE box for that business.
2. Type your starting address in the START box.
3. Click the Get Directions button. The directions display along with a map.
4. Select Shortest Driving Time from the ROUTE section to display directions for the shortest time or select Shortest Distance to display directions for the shortest route.
5. Select your display preference for maps and text from the DISPLAY section.
6. Click the PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS button to print the directions, if necessary.
7. Click the RECALCULATE DIRECTIONS button to get directions from a new starting point, if necessary.

Get directions from business address

To get directions from a business address to a specific location:

1. Click the Directions link from the search results page or business details page for that business. The directions page displays and the business address is automatically populated in the ARRIVE box for that business.
2. Click the REVERSE DIRECTIONS button to move the business address from the ARRIVE box and place it in the START box.
3. Type your destination address in the ARRIVE box.
4. Click the Get Directions button. The directions display along with a map.
5. Select Shortest Driving Time from the ROUTE section to display directions for the shortest time or select Shortest Distance to display directions for the shortest route.
6. Select your display preference for maps and text from the DISPLAY section.
7. Click the PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS button to print the directions, if necessary.
8. Click the RECALCULATE DIRECTIONS button to get directions from a new starting point, if necessary.

This feature allows you to simply click a business phone number and follow the simple steps to initiate a call from your phone to a business without having to dial the business number on your phone. To use the Click to Call feature:

2. Follow the steps and connect your phone to the business.

Narrow the search results

To narrow your search results and display businesses for a specific type of business related to the original search, select from the Did you Mean drop-down menu. For example, if your first search was for restaurants, you can narrow the broad restaurants results to pizza or Japanese restaurants. To narrow the results:

1. Select the Did you Mean drop-down menu from the search results page.
2. Select a category from the list to display results for that category only. Only those business that are associated with the selected category display.
3. Select Other Related Categories from the drop-down menu if you want to view other search options that are associated with the search. For example, if you performed a search on restaurants and selected Other Related Categories, you might see options for Bars & Clubs and Caterers.
4. Continue to click on categories and refine your search. Upon completion, the new search results page with the new results for the selected category displays.

Expand your search area

To view businesses for an area larger than the search location provided in the search request, you can expand the search location without having to perform a new search. To expand the search location area for the existing search:

1. Select the Expand Location drop-down menu from the search results page. The options for the expansion area displays in the list.
2. Select an option from the list. New results for the expanded location area displays on the page.
3. Select the Expand Location drop-down menu to view new expansion options and continue to expand further, if necessary.

Find a business within a specified distance

To view search results that are closest to a specific location, such as your home or business, you can enter the location on the search results page and select the distance. This will sort the results from closest to furthest from the specified location within the specified range. To enter your location:

1. Select the Distance From drop-down menu from the search results page.
2. Type the location that you want to use as the central point from which to sort the results in the LOCATION box. Enter the location as an address including street address and city/town and/or state/zip code.
3. Select the maximum distance that you want to include in the results in the distance range from the SEARCH WITHIN choices.
4. Click the FIND IT button. The results for the specified distance range from the location display.

Filter results

To view search results for businesses starting with a specific letter, such as all business in the results that start with the letter M, filter the results. To filter the results:

1. Select the Filter: A-Z drop-down menu from the search results page.
2. Select the letter from the alphabet. Businesses that have names starting with the selected letter display.
