The food from Touch of Brooklyn is incredible. Over the years, I have learned to settle for mediocre pizza, but Touch of Brooklyn made me remember how good pizza should be. My experiences are limited to take out and delivery, consisting of various pizzas, hot and cold subs, and wings. Both the food and the service have been outstanding, every time. After ordering one too many bland, under cooked pizzas from Good Fella's (which is not bad, just not great), I decided to try another local pizzeria, and I have not ordered pizza from anywhere else since. The pizzas from Touch of Brooklyn have a crispy, thin, crust which remains crispy even with the most heavily topped pizzas. The sauce is delicious, not too sweet, not too savory, just enough herbs. The toppings are carefully arranged and of good quality.
