Armed with the most effective tools and techniques, we normally work in teams of three uniformed professionals, including the team leader. First-time cleaning is charged by the hour, with a one-hour minimum. Subsequent cleanings are charged a flat fee, based on square footage. At the initial cleaning, we also will wipe down all baseboards, wipe down the exterior of cabinets in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, as well as exterior of appliances.
