What sets us apart from our competitors: With the way we are set up, one team can take care of your home, commercial or residential property maintenance from top to bottom, from the peak of the roof to the power washing of your driveways in one day or less. We are willing explain, and if needed modify, services until there is a clear understanding. We bring attention to reducing wear and tear on the property and the cost of services by introducing a yearly or biannual services schedule that helps you create a property budget if you so desire. We can set up a reminder call, or send out 5% discount cards as a reminder to you of your choices of time of year. Due to our 30 years combined experience, we can come up with creative solutions to access and complete difficult work, but if the rare occasion does arrive, we find no discredit in telling our clients if the services are beyond our knowledge or outside of our field of expertise. We work with many companies within the community and can usually give a referral.
