There are much better Avian/Exotic Vets!

Do NOT take your animal here, if you love them. If you own a rodent, do not let her do surgery, or you will probably not see if alive, as she is yet, to my knowledge have one survive anesthesia. She's careless in handling animals and is prone to spread disease. Her cages are not in great working order and cannot be properly sterilized. The office is not clean. Animals with contagious diseases are brought in the front door, put in the front reception area and examined in the exam room/treatment room as animals without contagious diseases! It is NOT properly cleaned afterward to prevent the spread of very contagious disease., She has now exposed 3 househlds to Avian Bornavirus, PDD and Clamydiosis, which is DEADLY to humans! Quarantined animals are not kept in quarantine. She boards birds without ever seeing them in her office before and she requires no testing or even an exam. All boarders are kept in the same area, so if your bird is healthy, he may not be when he leaves. This vet is more about being right than doing the right thing. Please find a Board Certified Vet and not one that "practices" medicine! And if you bring your animal in on Emergency, expect the animal to not be a priority if she has appointments! Her pricing in very inconsistent and she refuses to give copies of invoices if there is a discrepancy. This is the biggest complaint from her clients!Do yourself and your family member a favor and find a decent vet! I could go on, but you get the picture. This vet is NOT Board Certified, although she will lead you to believe she is!

So, she pays you to help her with he reputation to try to get new clients, do NOT be fooled! That's just SAD! http://reputationadvocate.com/

She is in the process of being investigated by several agencies for her unprofessional and unethical conduct.
