    Horrible Experience

    I will never ever use the Beloit Auction Service again; as a buyer or a seller. As a buyer, the employees were not helpful or knowledgable in anything that needed to be done. They would tell us one thing, we would schedule around it, then when we showed up at the house, they would call us and tell us they couldn't do it. THey were unreliable in all aspects. They didn't even tell the sellers when the closing was, so when we closed on the house we walked away with a mortgage and no keys because the sellers never showed up. What a horrible experience; I feel sorry for anyone who has to do business with them going forward.
