This is the new place that just opened in June 2010. My husband and I went there this afternoon. It's not decorated very well (random, mis-matched styles), but it is very clean. The owner was very nice, as was the staff. The sushi was GREAT! The other food options were kind of limited though. I suppose by southern standards, it's good. But the selection of actual Chinese food was very limited. Most everything else was very American, such as a salad & fruit bar, meat loaf, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes & gravy, clam chowder, and very American desserts. It's a decent restaurant, but I wish it was more Chinese. It still very much reminds me of Ryan's, especially the dessert selection. However, the chocolate fondue was very yummy! :) I'd say it's "average", but it's a whole lot cleaner than a lot of the other Lynchburg Chinese places.
