  The Worst Customer Service, and Technology, that I have ever seen!

  I have had problem after problem with my COMCAST DVR in my home. I have had to have my DVR replaced twice. Each time it was replaced the technician told me that the new DVRs are known for these problems: The remote only works if you point it AWAY from the television (to which the tech said his wife has the same problem), Freezing up, losing sound, exhorbitant static on HD channels only, and these are only a few of my problems. My question to Comcast is: THEN WHY ARE YOU WASTING MY AND YOUR TIME by coming out over and over to replace boxes. Its gotten so that I just grin and bear it when the television freezes or the sound goes away from the picture. I don't have time to be home or to drive down to Comcast offices to exchange the DVRs...Meanwhile I am paying $20 a month for this box...because I didn't take the time to call Comcast and sit on hold for the 15th time, and I asked for a credit for the time period my box was malfunctioning, I was told that because I didn't call then I can't get a credit!!! unbelievable?!!? when I tried to switch to AT&T U-verse....Comcast is the only game in town besides Satellite t.v. AT&T U-verse isn't in my area yet. You can be assured that the second they are within my reach that I will be switching. In the meantime, pass it on.. If you have the ability to switch do it...U-verse's prices are highly competitive for what you get:
