History Established in 1999. Fringes of the Old Market was established by Carol Cole and Troy Davis in February of 1999. Sarah Pithan bought Carol out January of 2012. Giving Sarah and Troy the opportunity of re-branding and changing the name to Curb Appeal Salon and Spa. 15 years later we love what we are doing more today than the day we opened! Meet the Business Owner Troy D. Business Owner Founder Troy Davis previously worked with luxury brand Rusk for 14 years as a member of their international creative team, traveling throughout United States, Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean, England, and Australia designing urban, contemporary looks. He has brought this experience and education back to the salon creating a fun, urban edgy environment.
