I had the worst contractor in the world put an addition on my house. I found that out 6 years later when I tried to sell my house. He left all the permits open, including the final permit. My contractor? Out of business, and owing money to people. His license? Emergency suspensions, twice. Found David, and he reassured me that he would get me through the permit mess - as painlessly as possible. And he did. I was amazed at his professionalism, his ability to finesse the process, his timeliness, and willingness to extend himself and his sub-contractors to help with other fixes/emergencies that came up. David was patient, provided thorough explanations of what was going on, what needed to be done and when it would happen. He got my permits closed as promised, and quickly. I am extremely pleased that I found David. I highly recommend him and his crew, and will continue to work with him in the future.

Dave's work and ability made my home look more polished and finished than what I had anticipated! David W. McGill Construction re-floored my home. Dave carefully evaluated the work to be done for the written bid. He stayed within the budget and time frame given and kept my home in working order so I would not have to go into a motel. He also has shown same consideration for lesser projects, which called for a verbal bid only. There are NO HORROR stories attached to this contractor!

I hadn't had a bathroom in my house for over a month when I called David McGill Construction. I had just fired my old contractor who had been remodeling my only bathroom. David came the following day and listened to what I had to say. The old contractor was incompetent and had done faulty work along side damaging my house. David was sympathetic to my situation with the prior contractor. The very day David started working I saw progress. He made my bathroom a priority. David McGill was professional, quick and resourceful. He checked his work along with that of the subcontractors and he didn't cut corners. Within 2 weeks, he not only remodeled my bathroom but replaced my sewer line in my basement and installed all new plumbing and fixtures in the basement. I could write many positive comments about our experience with working with David. He has a high level of personal and professional standards (i.e., he does fine work), his fees are always fair, he does the work on time, he can do anything, and he and his crew are always courteous and clean up after themselves. Most of all, David is an excellent communicator, and he is very generous with his time. I had David McGill Construction redo my kitchen about a year ago, I was really impressed with his quality of work, cost estimation, and professionalism. When we first started I knew what I wanted but there was some areas that I just hadn't thought about. Mr McGill had great ideas and was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything. I was on a very tight budget and he kept me abreast of all the costs every step of the way, actually came under budget. :) When the kitchen was done, I was so happy and pleased-it is beautiful!!
