DTC sells music on hold and promotions onhold digital MP3 players and repeaters for phone systems, as well as, produce custom onhold messages. We provide overhead music, paging and intercom systems too. We sell beepers and pagers too. Yes there are people that still carry pagers and we carry the latest paging equipment and can provide western US coverage. We truly are your one stop shop for all of your telecommunications needs. If we don’t have it we’ll find if for you. Now on the service side of the business we provide all type of voice mail and voice processing services. Over 20 years ago, Diversified TeleCommunications INNOVATED voice messaging as a service in the Seattle area. During this time, Diversified TeleCom has been providing Seattle area businesses, medical clinics and doctor’s offices our custom designed reliable, and flexible answering services and emergency on call services at less than half the cost of live answering services. Other voice processing services include, virtual office receptionist call routing services to route calls to employees who are working from home or out on the road on their cellular phone, virtual personal assistant services, employee voice messaging and call routing services, information lines, order lines, and questionnaires
