Business Highlights

We have been in business 13 years this March. Elite’s doors opened March 6, 1999 with Greg being one of the founding members. He grew up being a competitive gymnast and he couldn’t wait to get to the gym each day. He knew then he wanted to be in gymnastics as long as he could and that opportunity 12 years ago allowed him to remain a part of a sport he loves so much. Over time, the other founding members of the business have gone on to other things, but Greg has remained committed to Elite and the positive impact that it has had on so many kids. Greg did competitive gymnastics until he went to college. He coached during breaks and holidays when he went home and when he moved to San Diego in 1996 he taught competitive gymnastics part time, after work, at a local gym. He has over 31 years of gymnastics experience behind him and is continually evolving, improving training, learning new techniques, and reinvesting in the gym making it better with new equipment and hiring the best coaches. Our 19,400 sq ft state of the art gym is designed for the most complete gymnastics training anywhere in San Diego. Our pits, 50 ft in-ground TumblTrak, full sets of girls and boys equipment, and dedicated coaches can take the kids that are jumping on their beds to the top of the awards podium! We currently offer Gymnastics, Tumbling, Dance (Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip-Hop). We host many special events such as Parent’s Nite Out, Birthday Parties, Girl/Boy Scout Badges, and School Fundraisers. We also have one of the largest Pro-Shop Boutiques in San Diego. We carry US Glove grips & tiger paws. We also have a huge selection of leotards and dance wear including these brands: Destira, Flip n Fit, k-Bee Leotards, Rebecca’s Mom, Tumble Wear Leotards, and s Activewear.
