- The family tradition of baking and making luscious candies started with Emily Elizabeth in the early 1940's. Throughout her life she delighted her family and friends with gifts of these delicious candies. Carrying on this tradition, her daughter Emily Sue baked and made candies for not only her family and friends, but also gave her children's teachers trays of these delights from her Mother's Recipes. Now her daughter Emily, carrying on with the family tradition and with the help of her father, is creating new exciting recipes while still making the traditional recipes of her Grandmother. The result is a blend of the taste we all loved and remember with delicious new flavors. The Delights are still handmade for ensured quality and taste.
