Excessive Detail

Horrible customer service. My car sat all night and the following day with no effort to contact me to tell me the shop was closed due to rain! I was not told rain would close the shop when I made the appointment, or on the approval form. They knew I was dropping it off the night before and had emailed me an approval form and told me to use the drop box for my keys. When I tried many times to contact them about when the car would ready, I could only connect to voicemail which said nothing about the shop being closed. I got a ride out to pick up the car, but since the office was closed, I could not get my keys. Thank goodness I had a spare set with me. When they called the next day, Kim asked if I wanted to reschedule. She seemed frustrated with me and did not offer an apology. When I told her no and I would like a refund, she told me I would have to contact Groupons.

I purchased a wheel restoration and I am pleased with the end result. It was a bit higher price then other places I called but the company flat out sold me on knowledge and professionalism.

all around great job, only thing was i found they did not hit vanity mirrors, honest miss though. I will return as life long customer.

Their website said they were professional, meticulous, with excellent customer service and late hours. Nothing could be further from the truth! Tues I brought my BMW motorcycle in for a detailing appt. I had to pay the $99 up front, first red flag. Didn't hear anything by late afternoon. I called and was told bike would be ready by 5:45. Shortly after 5, they call and said come get it, they close in 1/2 hour. It took all of 30 min to get there during rush hour, and they were already closed. My bike was left in the parking lot, unattended, with the key in it. NOT professional! So much for late hours! The detailing was pathetic. They did clean a few pieces of chrome, the tank, fenders and tires but that was it. The engine was not cleaned, forks were streaky, rims were not clean, seat has drizzle marks on it, swing arm wasn't touched, AND they broke the lifting bar off the centerstand. NOT meticulous! There was no one there to talk to. I began calling and leaving messages the next morning and for the next 2 days. No replies. Finally late Thurs, I get a call and when I tell him I'm disappointed, he tells me I know nothing about detailing and therefore was not qualified to evaluate his work. I ride over to show them. The entire staff confronted me. They say they spray water on the bike and any dirt that doesn't rise off they leave on; no cleaning. They admit it. But then they try and tell me I put all that grime on after they cleaned it a day ago. Impossible. And the broken part, they say it fell off! Lie! Welded pieces do not just fall off, they can only be broken off. They aren't man enough to admit it. Then they actually said my BMW is a "piece of junk." Many times; several of them. And that it embarrassed them to have it there." Then they abruptly say this discussion is over, get my bike off their premises and they are calling the police. They seem to do that with anyone who criticizes. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Zero customer service. Rude and untrustworthy.

I drove by and saw their sign and stopped in to see if they had time for a detail yesterday. They took me right away and gave me a great deal. They did an amazing job on detailing my BMW and I singed up for the monthly maintence plan. Would reccommend!
