Excessive Detail

Horrible customer service. My car sat all night and the following day with no effort to contact me to tell me the shop was closed due to rain! I was not told rain would close the shop when I made the appointment, or on the approval form. They knew I was dropping it off the night before and had emailed me an approval form and told me to use the drop box for my keys. When I tried many times to contact them about when the car would ready, I could only connect to voicemail which said nothing about the shop being closed. I got a ride out to pick up the car, but since the office was closed, I could not get my keys. Thank goodness I had a spare set with me. When they called the next day, Kim asked if I wanted to reschedule. She seemed frustrated with me and did not offer an apology. When I told her no and I would like a refund, she told me I would have to contact Groupons.

I am impressed with the quality of care that Excessive Detail takes to heart.

I took my dirty toyota camry to Excessive Detail, and they made my car look brand new inside and out! They had reasonable pricing and deals they are running. I also had my windows tinted and they look great! I will be back and will tell everyone to use them as well.

I am amazed how low prices are for detailing at Excessive Detail considering the type of work you get. I searched car detailing in columbia, md and they were one of the many that showed up. Boy am I glad I went with them.

Got a great deal on Groupon. I never used this business before, so I gave them a chance. They did an amazing job on my car, their service was great and they were very friendly. I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter since they did such a great job on my car. I will use this company again
