Frozen Pipe Thaw Out

I woke up to a frozen pipe a few days ago and I called Flood Control. They were able to come to my house within a half hour of calling and helped get my heat back on by thawing my pipe out. I was so happy with the job they did with my frozen pipe that I am for sure going to use them again when I have another problem.
