I bought my wedding gown and all my accessories here, as well as my bridesmaids gowns and their accessories too. What a teriffic store! I never had a problem. My gown took 12 weeks to come in, which is normal for special order gowns, but the store kept me posted on my order atleast once a month, which meant I never had to worry about a thing. I had bridesmaids all over the tri-state area, so we used all three of the stores (Hamilton, Oxford Valley, and King of Prussia), and we never had a problem in any store. The gowns came in and alterations were done immediately which meant we had our gowns ready to go 4 months before my wedding! Even though they were ready 4 months ahead of time and steamed before we took them home, we were allowed to bring them back to be steamed free of charge a couple days before the wedding. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience here and I hope you do too! If you want a perfect wedding go to XO!!!!
