Heartland Adoption Agency was founded by attorneys Donald Francis and Michelle Domer in 2009 after spending years of their legal practice in the field of family law. They found that after 20 years of family law practice, that their most rewarding cases were adoptions and decided to open an adoption agency so that they could concentrate on adoptions. Don and Michelle believe that building families and protecting children are some of the most noble actions in which they can assist families. Heartland Adoption Agency provides the services of placement of newborn babies with adoptive families, adoption home studies, and statutorily required criminal background checks for adoptions and guardianships.
