Great Experience(s)
Being an excellent driver (haha), I guess I've had a bad year. After a long year and 2 seperate accidents, I've gotten to know the people at Freeman pretty well. On both occasions, Todd at Freeman Collision took care of me like family. Not only did his team do an excellent job on the body work, he saved me hundreds off of my deductible. He worked directly with my insurance company (which saved me time and headaches) and he made sure the job was done right.

Dishonesty at its worst!
I had service done at this location. Not only did they use additional parts and charged me for them without prior notice or my consent, they also replaced my front fender with a different one of lesser quality than the one that was originally on it. In addition, the work took 2 days longer than what they told me. I left their business very unhappy and I would highly advise everyone to choose another body shop when you seek auto repair service.
