I bought a washer approximately 18 months ago from Hazel Dell Appliance and within the warranty time of 90 days it started leaking an incredible amount of water. They picked it up and took it back to "fix it" and said the drum was off balance (which to this day I do not believe). Now 18 months after I purchased it, the motor burnt out. I called and asked how much for them to pick it up and diagnos whats wrong and the man on the phone said "We can't pick it up, you have to deliver it." Well unfortunately for me, the transmission in my car also just blew so I am now without a car or clean clothes. I told the man on the phone I was disappointed and he replied back "If your so disappointed call someone else" and procceded to hang up on me! I cannot believe this was the way I was treated by this company. I will never go back and would advise you to also "call someone else" so you will not be as disappointed and angry as I am.
