  This so-called company will take your deposit dishonestly. They fabricate charges when you move out (and even while you live there). I have never experienced a more dishonest company. They have there own maintenance company, all relatives and such. They then wait until you move out, tell you to your face that everything is great and then the scam really begins. Remove a satellite dish that was there when we moved in - $300! Have you ever removed one of these little 2-3 lb things? It takes 2 minutes. Anyway, they just made up charges to the tune of $1000. Now, I will have to take them to court. They stained half the deck and left mold on the other half. This is a house that costs over $1600 a month and I lived there 5 years.
