I called Hylton Heat and Air and I was in a real bind. After coming right out and giving me an estimate that same day I was delighted with the price they gave me! Less than half of the other estimates that I had been given. Being a single Mom I know that I was being taken advantage of by these other businesses. Ed and the gang came out in the morning to fix my furnace and were done in a timely fashion. My house was brand new when I bought it as was the heat pump/furnace and I can tell you that for the first time since I have been in this house my end of the house is warm! I have froze through the winters when the bedrooms on the other end of the house were hot! Now I am the one wanting to turn the thermostat down! Last December my power bill was $534!!!! This year it was $217!!! Obviously I am elated! These guys are great and they really care about their customers! Thanks guys!!!

After writing this review which Ed Warren one of the owners kept begging me to do Hylton Heat and Air has been out to my house again to put a new part on the unit they brought me. They told me when they brought the unit it was only six months old when he came back he told me it was three years old. He did not want to put the new part on for me without charging me but he did. Now it's time to run the a/c and I turn it on and it keeps tripping the breaker. I called them and told them what was going on and the one owner said they would be out tomorrow to look at it. Later Ed Warren called me back and asked me what was going on. I told him and he asked me how long I expected him to be married to this unit. I don't expect him to be married to my unit but I do expect it to work four months after it's installed! And I do expect him to at least come out to look at it. I never asked him to fix it for free! Then I found out that he was across the street from my house servicing the neighbors unit and did not have the guts or integrity to come over and see what was wrong with my unit. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could change this five star rating that I gave them. I will contact yellowbook to see if I can. Very poor business practice!!!!!
