  I've lived at Town Center Apartments for about a year. I moved in sight unseen, and I really paid the price. This is the worst place to live in the area. They haven't put a dime in maintenance since I've been here. This is the kind of place you'd expect to live in if you lived in Fontana or San Bernardino, except that it's really expensive. On my move-in day I was treated to the filthiest place I've ever lived in. They never cleaned it. The carpet was stained, smelled of urine, and had dozens of staples sticking out of it. The counters, blinds, and bathroom tile were also disgusting. They refused to replace the carpet or even pull the staples out
  
  The core problem is the manager, Cynthia. She really doesn't care. Her mission statement seems to be to go the entire year without spending a dime. She must be related to somebody at the parent company because she has no clue how to run an apartment complex. The gym, the pool, the grounds are all sub-par and in need of repair. If your apartment has a defective part, it will be replaced with a used part, or not fixed at all.
  
  Unless you currently live in Tent City and have no other place to go, I recommend you take your time and look around because this place will disappoint you.
