    I contacted you, David, several times over the past few weeks. I was told you would return my calls. You did no such thing. When I spoke to you weeks back you couldn't find the invoice from the visit in January 2013 and claimed the last time someone was at the WR residence was in 2011. Well, we found the invoice and asked for consideration to be credited for the house call where the technician didn't do his job, nor fix the problem, which incurred an extra expense for my Dad to have someone out again to inspect the upstairs A/C. Your response after that visit was $1,806 to replace the coil and refill the freon or the cost of a new system at the tune of around $3,400. Again, you never returned my phone calls and are aware the home is up for sale and the fact my Dad, has been a loyal customer over the past few years. Dad wanted to negotiate the cost of the coil replacement while eliminating the charge for a house call. We don't think that is an unfair request. Since you failed to return phone calls and have no concern or respect for customer service we have taken our business elsewhere and, by the way, they aren't charging for a second opinion. Good customer service, I say. I will ensure to pass the word on to everyone I know in the area of Warner Robins, Byron, and Macon, Georgia to call our current resource for quality service and to avoid contacting your business for A/C and Heating service. I can assure you of that. Our rating for you is very poor and do not recommend. Respectfully, Barbara and Guy

      I have more to add to the poor business practices by Keadle Heating & Air Conditioning. I just spoke to the gentleman from another company who is at the residence doing the work Keadle Heating and AC did not do. The man found the disconnect off in the attic and the disconnect off outside. Additionally, the cap was off both lines for the liquid/suction and shrader core. So, they not only charged for a dishonest service call in January 2013 but they returned (with another house call charge) to rip my Dad off even further just a few short weeks ago, by outright taking advantage of an elderly man. God don't like UGLY. Don't do business with Keadle Heating and Air Conditioning. They are not honest and way over charge for their poor work. Oh, by the way did I tell you that the work the gentleman is doing will cost my Dad less than $400 and not anything close to $1,806 Keadle Heating and Air Conditioning wanted to rip him off for? Yep, that is the truth!!!!!

      The other company finished the A/C work and fixing the mess Keadle Heating and Air Conditioning left behind and the system is cooling. The work was done in less than an hour. No service call charge because they considered it a second opinion and the cost was $320. And, also, we were told a new system would not cost anywhere near $3,400 because it is a small system 1 1/2 ton. Keadle Heating and Cooling is a total rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

      The new company came out to the house and the repairs are done in less than an hour. The system is cooling and oh, by the way, if we need a new system we were informed the 1 1/2 ton system won't cost anywhere near $3,400. It will be more like around $1,500. We are satisfied customers and to think this company had to come out and clean up after Keadle Heating and Cooling and the cost was $320 compared to the rip off charge of $1806 Keadle wanted to charge. Don't use Keadle Heating and Cooling. Call Service Experts for honest and great customer service. Thank You to Service Experts who get 5 stars to Keadle's 1 and shouldn't get that.
