    I like to try out different kinds of food around the globe. One thing that interests me is the diversity of this peruvian dishes. I have tried almost everything from their menu and i love all of them especially the different flavors in every dish. As everybody has each own favorite, i like the peruvian style sushi called "tiradito" and of course the shrimp chowder soup " chupe camarones"and my son's favorite is 'lomo saltado" made of tenderloin beef saute w/ onion and tomatoes that comes w/ french fries.
