My daughter's QuinceaÃ±era was suppose to be a night to remember; instead it was a night you can't forget because it was so hot. What could I do but try to make the most of what I could for my daughter. Because of your lack of taking responsibility of getting the air conditioner fixed you unconvinced my daughter whom this event was for, my guest and my family. You couldn't even make an attempt to provide more fans to help keep my guest cool. After speaking to others about my experience with your establishment, I was informed that they too were very hot and nothing was done.
And on top of it all you want to take $50.00 from my security deposit because of 12 masking tape pieces (1in X2inwide) that were left on the dance floor is ridiculous. The inconvenience for you to have to find someone to remove the tape and have them clean the stickiness with Goo Gone (about 7.00 at Walmart) does not compare to the inconvenience we all went through in your hot facility.
Your customers are not your priority in your business, I would never recommend anyone to use your facility for any special event or even shop at your boutique because you try to use the dresses that your customers order (from catalogs) for displays before they can pick it up. That is wrong, anyone in business knows you don't do that, especially without the consent of the customer.
