    I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service "adviser" Chris V is an idiot. They take twice as long as anyone else, and the work is second rate.

    Giving this place one star is being way too nice. This place originally quoted me 5 days to fix my door. 16 days later, it was finally done. Not only did they take an extra 11 days to complete this simple job, but they didn't even match the paint on my car. When I asked them if they would re-spray to match the paint correctly, they said that it is not their fault that my paint doesn't match. They also said that if I wanted the paint to be corrected, that I would have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. This is not a reputable business. They will not even take responsibility for their mistakes. You would think taking an extra 11 days to fix my car, they would be able to at least match the paint. I strongly recommend to avoid using this place at all cost!!!

    On March 15, we had a wreck on our car. We requested an estimate to be emailed to us, which we never received. One and one half weeks later I received a phone call stating they found a bracket that was "previously damaged" they know it is previously damaged because of grime in the cracks of the plastic. When we went to pick up the car Chris V told my husband "you are going to need to get the core support fix as soon as possible" we didn't know what he was talking about and he said it is the support that holds up your radiator, it is a serious safety issue. My husband asked if that was the "bracket" he told me about the day before, he said it was. We asked why he didn't emphasis it was a safety issue; he didn't have an answer. Also; he gave us some parts that he was not able to put on the car because the "bracket" he didn't replace was necessary to hold these parts on. He never contacted the insurance company to see if they would pay for it, because "they are not going to pay for it anyway. I have complained to the insurance company about the shoddy work. 48 hours later on my way home from work, at 0100am my car starting alarming that the coolant was low. It took me three hours to make a 30min drive. When I called Mr. Sims the manager the next morning, he said "We can tow the car and see if it was our fault or not it could be anything." I informed him this was work his company had completed - he again said, "well we don't' know that for sure" I reminded him my whole point in contacting him originally was because of my fear of the safety of the car. After the second incident when my car stopped on 4/2/12 the insurance company had to total my car. It was their recommendation that I take the car to a different shop. A month later they did offered me 500.00 off if I bought a car from them - I told them I had already bought a car and I was not comfortable purchasing a car from someone who allows substandard safety measures practiced in their shops.

    I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to NP Collision Center in NLR and they did a great job repairing my bumper. Thanks North Point.
