Welcome to Portland Academy of Self Defense Portland Oregon premier Self-Defense Academy. At Portland Academy of Self Defense, we offer Martial Arts classes in Hapkido and Taekwondo for men, women, and children Ages 5 & up. Our class schedule is flexible and designed to meet the needs of busy students and families. Also our group classes are separate for adults and kids. Each class features self-defense training, physical conditioning, various reaction drills, and practical exercises. Our classes promote a safe training environment that fosters positive relationships, self-discipline, self-confidence and mutual respect which gives our students the tools necessary to progress quickly and confidently toward achieving their personal goals...
