If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars, this place and it's owner - Albert Sanchez - is MORE than deserving of -100 stars. He personally stripped new parts (New Battery, AC Condenser AND Compressor) off my car while it was in for repairs, as well as informed me be both verbally and in writing that he did repairs, when in fact he did not start, let alone complete all the repairs. (That's against the law in Texas!) Additionally he DOES NOT have a state license as an auto salvager/recycler. DO NOT use then for repairs OR to purchase parts. PLEASE NOTE - past positive reviews were as a result of dealing with the PREVIOUS owner and NOT the current owner. ALL reviews since Mr. Albert Sanchez took over are negative. There are OVER 35 complaints with the BBB...

great guys good low price . i just dont understand all those folk how say bad thing about them they are great people they alway welling to help us .

I purchased engines from Sanchez on several occasions prior to May 10, 2012 with satisfactory results. However it appears that Mr. Sanchez is no longer directly involved with the business and he now has other persons running it. I purchased an engine on May 10, 2012 from these people to install in a handicapped persons van. Upon inspection I discovered water in the cylinders and 3 freeze plugs with long term leaks. I made numerous calls and left messages but never received a return call from Mr. Sanchez nor, did he reply to a facebook message. I made 2 trips to Grand Prairie from Lufkin for an exchange or refund and was told I could get a store credit but not a replacement or refund and did not get to speak with Mr. Sanchez. Their actions have lost them a repeat customer and a legal action to recover my losses. I would not recommend any one do business with this company unless you want to spend your money on unusable junk that they will not stand behind. It is sad to see them sink so low in such a short period of time (11 months since my last prior purchase ).

What ever you do dont ever buy from these crooks, i went there to get an alternator and they sold me the wrong one to a different car, Idiot there said "sometimes we miss label them on the rack" Really dought? once i came back and asked for the right part they didnt have it...took over 5 days and still never came up with one, once i asked for my money back they only offered me store credit and never even got it, if i would of known about these idiots would of neer bought from them.. people there are rude and forget that the customer comes first.. ive also spoke to other people who did business with them and they told me that they do people wrong all the time. i would never buy from them again. They suck
