  Hair Ok but wax horrible!

  I had my hair cut and highlighted there the first time and it turned out pretty good, then I had another cut there years later and it was a headache! The gal could not get it right and insisted I do it a certain way when I wanted it one way. Also, I got a brazilian wax there by Sonja herself and it was a horrible experience. First of all, she didn't even attempt to trim my hair down the 1/4 inch that is required before waxing. I could've done it at home but I've had it done elsewhere and they've always trimmed it to prep it for waxing. Not only was it completely painful because she was tugging my hair instead of pulling them all out, she left a bunch of hair left over near the 'inner' area and says to me "You have a boyfriend right? You can just have him pluck it for you when you get home". And that was that! In addition to the very painful waxing and my skinning ripping and bleeding, the sheet she had me lay on had blood from other clients!! GROSS!
