How long do inspections usually take? Generally about 3 hours Why do I need a home inspection? Due diligence. You need to know and understand your investment. What exactly do you check on a home inspection? Everything, plumbing, electrical, roof, structural, attic, windows, HVAC, appliances, etc. When do I receive the report? We will provide a written report within 24 hours of the inspection via email with a printed report to follow. Do I need to be there for the inspection? No, you are not required, but we recommened that you are present. It is a valuable learning experience and will help you get the most benefit from the inspection.
