    Very poor service and unsatisfactory product. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The website for transitions at Huntsville stated satisfaction guaranteed but that is not true. I was very unsatisfied and when I called to talk to Latham he screened out my calls. I called from phones other than mine and he
    would answer but he wouldn't answer my phone or my husbands phone. I have filed a BBB complaint but Lathams has not responded to the complaint. Consumer beware.
