Prepare to get overcharged! by Jr_review on 08/21/2012
No upfront pricing...not even a remotely ballpark figure. They tell you at the door of $89 for a consultation fee and they don't even know the fixture in your shower or how to fix it. They want to charge you separately for the research on the product and try to overcharge you for the part look up and purchase. And that is before they take out the price chart from their bag right in front of you. Don't trust and Run away from these guys as far as you can!
