The office staff was more empathetic to patients than the doctors. The doctor did not introduce himself, ask how my shoulder felt, nor did he go over the numerous MRI & X-ray findings. Instead, he acted insulted by my presence, told me my shoulder did not hurt that bad and basically I just needed to get over it. Just so there is no confusion about whether I was being wimpy, it was found in the MRI results, which I had to retrieve myself that my bicep muscle was torn/split, bone edema and a HAGL lesion. Very few options for treatment were given and long term exceptions were not given. In all the visit was not worth the almost $400 dollars it cost for the appointment. A google search would have provided more compassion and understanding.
