In the video, the technician was just starting out at one of the shops. Back then, he was not involved with big repairs as he was still getting the lay of the land, but he thought it would be fun to document what his regular days were like.

He got to the shop and normally there would be a ticket ready for him and a car in his bay, so he had to check out what that vehicle needed. In his first ticket, he got two oil changes, which the technician said doesn't take that long to complete. When he was done with his first oil change, he had some recommendations for the car: alignment for two rear tires and changing the leaking oil pan. He waited for the approval of those recommendations and moved on to the second ticket of the day.
