Luckily, the host in the video has come up with their own solution, which might help you as well.

For a typical 12x12 and 8-feet tall bedroom, they set up a bid for the walls, another bid for the ceiling, and a third bid for the trim. The walls are usually $350 to $400, while the ceiling is estimated at $100 or $125. Finally, the trim can go between $100 to $125. Therefore, the entire room costs between $550 to $650. You can add another bid for the door if the client requires it, and in the video, they estimate a flat $50 fee per door.
