    Write your review here (must be a minimum of 30 characters)I happened into 2 Brothers auto after I had a bit of an unfortunate run in with the fence in my EXTREMELY narrow driveway which I will not be sad to leave. Well 2 Brothers is literally right around the corner from my house, so thats where I went as I didn't really have much of a choice. They 'fixed' my car and told me it was all good. I got it back, and it was NOT fixed. AT ALL. It really seemed like they had done almost nothing, after charging me $700 for a new shock and strut, and because they had to 'force a bearing out'. I don't know the details of cars really, but none of this sounded good to me. I called them the next day and, what a surprise, they knew exactly what was wrong and what they needed to to, hmmm. Also I get an explanation/excuse from the 'manager'/desk/phone guy that 'where I used to work, we would always drive the car to make sure it was ok before we gave it back,' and that 'these guys never do that, I don't understand, I'm sorry, bring it back in.' What!? So he told me that a) he believes its ok for a mechanic to take someones car out on the road w/o their permission and b) that the guys who work at 2 Brothers are essentially, lazy. BUT, when they gave it back to me they were sure all was done. So I bring it back a second time. The charge me another $200 for a part it seemed as though they knew they had needed to put in the whole time, but was hard to find, and they had to 'call all over the place for it'. i.e. they 'overlooked' it to skip out on some hassle for them. Also really, the last thing I wanna here from a shop that has already messed up my car once is how they had to go through some hardship to find a part. Fix my car. I don't need to know/care what process it takes you. It then takes them three days to do it because they are 'really busy'. In my eyes, if you have botched a job, you should give that person a bit of priority, but whatever, that was the least of my problems with
