      Called them at 10:30 AM on a Friday and was told a plumber would be at my house sometime that day. At 3:15 PM, was called and told that they would not be at my house until the following day, at the earliest. Apparently their website stating they will do same-day service if called prior to 11 AM is not accurate. Have no idea of the quality of their work, and I don't plan to ever find out.
