   I only give them one star because I can't give less. This dental office is not reputable and not capable. I needed an oral surgeon for 1 extraction. I've never had so much pain from an extraction!! The majority of the pain was in the tooth NEXT to the one pulled, and that tooth broke within 2 weeks! I had NO problem with it prior to this visit. He jammed in the novacaine needle wthout any care. But, what really made me mad was that they cheated me out of $90.00, knowing that I was unemployed and hurting for money. My insurance was temporarily inactive while waiting for Cobra coverage. So, I used a dental discount plan. For one1 extraction, the bill was a whopping $450.00, and that was the discounted rate!!! Initial I was told between $100 and $200 before the discount! A few weeks later I sent in the claim. To my surprise, the amount they billed insurance was WAYless than my 'discounted' rate!! They billed insurance $360, insurance paid $270 and designated patient responsibility as $90. I know insurance companies pay less, but... Nagpal promptly sent me a check for $270. My share should have been $90 but I paid $450 and got back $270. I sent them a copy of the claim clearly stating that I should have paid $90 and requesting the refund. They refused. If they were reputable they would have gladly refunded the correct amount. For me they fell far short in both honesty and capability. AND, to top it all off, my regular dentist was totally unable to read any of the x-rays forwarded by Nagpal's office. What a waste!!!!
