I had a problem with losing air from lift axle on an Pete triaxle as it went down road had it to Sindall explained situation told them the new parts we already installed ourselves but air was still leaking they insisted it was air compressor because purge valve would spit,I had this problem from new(07 Pete) and pete would just put on an new purge valve it'd be good for while then spit.thank goodness they listened they did insist on getting rid of elbow fittings and that solved the spit issue however didn't do anything for lift axle problem was there this day went back another day all I saw when I was there was the mechanic on phone for long periods of time 2nd day the mechanic said after several hours he had no idea, and didn't work on truck earlier in the week I was told at end of 1st day. they'd make calls to 2nd day to have this done to get to the problem ,so they replaced regulator, which was replaced 3x in past month and we told them that so after losing 2 days work, going out of way to get truck loaded to see axle down losing air still had issue,,I explained this to management and how I was disappointed phone calls weren't made ahead of time to Pete, and Hendrickson they only said bring it back but after losing 2 days work already truck has to work, Called them approx. an month later for an air leak under cabwhich they found and fixed, and also told them p\s cylinder was leaking and to fix it ,wasn't informed there was an rebuild kit for 20 some dollars ,so instead put new cylinder on the price they wanted to charge for cylinder after installation was several hundred more than I could get it for from Pete dealer in Conshohocken so they came up to price similar to dealer price. Because I had an issue with losing 2 days work and still having same air loss after 2 days there (not to mention insisting problem with fittings going in compressor was the problem which they replaced ) and then questioning the price they were charging for p/s cylinder ,they decided n
