        He was contracted to do a job, a price was agreed on and half of the money was paid up front. It took about a month for him to even send someone out to get started. During that time, there was very little if any communication. He shows very little interest after getting the money in completeing and honoring the contract that he signed. The subcontractors who he hired, had to be paid, but he did not pay them, I did. Based off of his actions, I would not recomend him to anyone, and would caution people about hiring him.
