    After 3 calls, they finally told me there is a problem with the Anderson replacement windows on the house I bought 2 years ago. The old combination windows were left on and are not compatible with the interior replacement windows. They told me there is a way to remove the combinations but won't let me have a service call (I am willing to pay for this) to show me how. They refer me to Tom Brierton, an are Anderson Window representative who does return phone calls but then blows me off. I cannot recommend this company and would advise not installing Anderson Windows because of lack of service after the sale.
