   I was treated well, given a good price and open and up front with my car repairs. I felt like I could trust the owners (Nick and Alex) as well as their staff. As I was waiting for my car to get fixed, I saw how well they treated everyone who came in or they talked to on the phone.||[]||[]I gather customer service data as part of my job, so I have looked at a LOT of feedback on what people want for good customer service. And these guys definitely know how to deliver good service.||[]||[]I will definitely be a repeat customer.

   I've been going to Phoenixville Tire and Service, Inc. on and off for a few years. I've noticed the clientelle that visit and had various conversations with them while waiting. Clients that come here are repeat clients. You receive good upfront advice and you get the feeling they are genuine and provide what is best for you. Honesty and integrity are words that many don't use for busionesses like this but are the first words that I think of here. Prices seem reasonable and I've comparison shopped for tires as well.

   We highly recommend Phoenixville Tire & Service. We have taken our cars there for the past 10 years and know that we can count on quality repairs performed skillfully for a fair price. We value the advice of Alex and Nick and rely on their knowledge to keep our cars running safely. We have referred friends to them successfully and when we needed body work we sought their recommendation to help us find a repair shop.

   I've had the pleasure and peace-of-mind of having all of my cars serviced and maintained by Alex Curtis, owner of Phoenixville Tire & Service -Goodyear Tire and his team of top-shelf mechanics for the past 15-years. You will not meet a more honest, likeable, and knowledgeable group of men than those that work at Phoenixville Tire and Service. Over the years I've had them work on everything from a '85 Toyota Celica with 215k miles to a brand new 2009 Porsche Cayenne-S that stickers for $70k. Upon meeting Alex and his team it's obvious that these are guys have been successful for over two decades through honesty, integrity, and unbelievable customer service. Over the years I've had a dozen family members and friends use these guys and no one has ever been disappointed. For example, 6-months ago a broken radiator hose left me stranded on the PA-Turnpike. One phone call to Phoenixville Tire & Service and they called one of the approved turnpike towing companies to get my car and two hours later my car was diagnosed and fixed for under $100! Bill Gates couldn't get better service than that. Seven years ago I moved ~25 miles away and still use these guys; they're that good!
