How to Easily Pour a Concrete Slab

Steps in Creating a Concrete Slab

To achieve that concrete pouring

1. First, you must make a wooden framework to mark where your concrete slab will hold together.

You must also use paint to mark the area and excavate the ground.

2. When you've got the mark, you can dig on the ground for about 40 to 50 mils so the slab will stick out of the ground. Once done, put the box frame and line up into position.

3. Once you're done with the framework, make up your reinforcement lattice. Next, put on a binding wire for extra reinforcement within the concrete. Finally, put down some crushed stone to act as the drainage.

4. Next, put on a thin layer of concrete pouring mix and steel reinforcement balls on top, followed by another layer of concrete mix on the top.

5. To achieve a perfect level, you will use a hammer, spirit level, and pegs. Also, you will use a wooden float to finish it smoothly.
