Sometimes a posting may always be online. When interested, buyers reach out; the real estate agent says the place just sold or something similar. Then they offer to show another property since they already have an interested buyer on the hook.
Real estate agents are known for a specific vocabulary that draws the buyer. However, the buyer needs to pay attention to what the word means when used by the agent. For instance, the agent says a place is cozy, which is an appealing word to a buyer but what the buyer should understand is that lingo-wise, the word cozy means small. Another example is a partial view means something is in the way of the complete view. Pay attention to what is really being said in lingo.
Laws keep honesty in real estate sales, but there is a little creative leeway to make the sale without outright lies.
