All towns and cities have the same prices for different services or jobs. Because they have a maintenance agreement, there are two prices for every service performed. Those customers with a maintenance agreement are given lower prices and discounts.
When they determine prices for different jobs, air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnace units, boiler systems, air cleaners, and humidifiers, they include labor, cost of parts, taxes, and additional services. They research competitor pricing but keep prices the same in all towns and cities. They give free estimates, and their maintenance contracts offer discounts on all jobs done. The maintenance contract will give customers peace of mind about getting repairs done when something breaks down. Having a set price gives the customers the knowledge of what a service costs and time to plan on payment or financing. This is an easier way to estimate costs for services that a HVAC company must do.
