Choose the right size of truck that can carry everything in one trip when choosing a mover. It saves on mileage, gas, and labor. Group the household items and pack them based on size. Take apart pieces of large furniture because smaller items are easier to move and pack. Roll rags face down and wrap them in a thin protective layer to avoid damage. Place them upright between boxes to save on space. Enlist additional help and divide the moving truck into three sections. Bulky and heavy items take the back section. Middle-sized boxes occupy the middle one, with heavy boxes placed at the bottom. Smaller items take the front of the truck. Use tie-down straps to secure everything to minimize movement when in transit. Happy Moving! .
