Some common issues include fuel leaks, electrical problems, worn parts, and oil contamination. Contact your local service provider immediately if you notice any of these issues with your diesel generator. When troubleshooting a diesel generator, there are several things to inspect. For example, check the electrical system to ensure everything is working fine. A faulty circuit breaker could cause problems such as tripping. Similarly, a loose connection inside the fuse box can affect the functioning of various components. If the problem is a tripping circuit breaker, inspect the input voltage and resistance for the required voltage. Once you confirm the correct voltage, move to the noise filter using an electrical diagram. This will lead you to a thermal block which may be the cause of tripping. In addition, inspect the diodes, the voltage fixator, and relays to ensure they work correctly. You can also check the central controller for any short circuit if the problem persists. Other electrical components you may check are the actuators and output cables.
