Deciding Where to Go: Urgent Care or an Emergency Room

So you've fallen off the ladder again and can't decide where to go. That's what this video is here for! There are many types of injuries that you can experience from something like a fall, however, not every injury means that you need to go to the emergency room.

What does it take to consider something to be an emergency? Well, that can vary based on each person because you may have an allergy that someone else doesn't. In most cases, severe injury such as breaking your leg or having a severe allergic reaction means getting to the emergency room.

However, if you are feeling just a little achy from that fall and can't exactly stand up completely, then you probably want to head on into urgent care. They can do a quick assessment and make it easier to get to the right kind of doctor depending on your injury.
