   Fast Track Collision Center (of Community Collision Centers) is a shining example for the long-lost art of customer service in the auto body repair business. I am a military member who has dealt with representatives from BMW Service in Scottsdale AZ, Los Angeles, and Monterey, as well as general auto body shops throughout the United States; Jared at Fast Track listened to my time-sensitive situation and he treated my issues as if they were his own. In the past, customer service representatives have often made me feel my requests were a "burden" and to simply complete the job was also troublesome. However, the professional staff at Fast Track made repairs/repainted the driver's side door and front bumper of a black 2006 BMW- it looked like new, amazing! ||[]Fast Track also provided shuttle service and they quickly made the estimates and provided them via e-mail to the people I requested. ||[]I definitely recommend Fast Track/Community Collision Center - thank you for the work you do! ||[]Respectfully, ||[]S.H.~

   I just love this shop. Everyone is sooo friendly, and there work is just like their slogan " We care enough to make it right" And they have a 2nd shop just down the street Fast Track Collision. They sure do know what their doing.
